Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Giarre account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
